Some of our most popular classes in the School calendar are our Seasonal Italian ones and this day brings together a range of dishes to make an enviable feast. Here is your menu:
* Panzerotti filled with roasted squash, citrus, amaretti biscuit crumb and taleggio cheese- sage butter.
* Beef in Chianti with Porcini
* Creamed Cannelini Beans
* Tuscan Citrus Cake with Candied Lemon and Orange
* Porcetta, slow cooked on the BBQ for lunch with mini roast potatoes and greens
Please bring the following to transport your feast home-
* 1 x 500ml rectangle container for the pasta
* 1 x 1L container for the Beef
* 1 x 500ml container for the creamed beans
* 1 x 10” tin/plate/box for the cake
We will wrap up any leftover porcetta for you to take home.
