Entertaining made easy leaving you to play the perfect host. Get ahead and prepare in advance so on the day you can spend maximum time with your guests. Angela will demonstrate the whole feast giving you tips on presentation and you will cook along. Then you will have a fabulous lunch and take home some of the goodies.
- Twice baked soufflés with a salad of apples, pears, grapes and figs
- Walnut bread
- Slow cooked Welsh Lamb with orange, green olives and red wine
- Creamed parsnips
- Individual spiced apple and prune strudel tarts
- Chantilly cream with Calvados
