MY WELSH KITCHEN **POSTPONED DUE TO WEATHER**
Friday 02 March 2018
6.30pm onwards, £55
Dear Guests
Our Bwyty Pop (Pop Up) this Friday 2nd March evening has been planned for some time and we have been looking forward to preparing and presenting our special menu to you.
However, as you know we are due some difficult weather at the end of this week and I fear it will interfere with our plans, but more importantly your travel arrangements for the evening.
We have already received a number of emails from our guests expressing their concern over travelling to and subsequently from Llanerch Vineyard should the weather turn out to be as bad as it is forecasted.
I have really struggled in reaching this difficult decision, but I feel that for the safety and enjoyment of all, that we should cancel Friday 2nd March and I will re-schedule our evening to Friday 6th April.
The format; menu and timings will remain the same and we will automatically transfer your booking onto Friday 6th April 2018.
I really hope you can make this new date and if so, there is nothing you need to do and you will receive a new Booking Confirmation.
However, should this new date not suit your diary commitments, perhaps you would like to look at our Supper Clubs on Saturday 21st April or Saturday 30th June and we would be very happy to transfer your bookings to either of these dates.
Once again, please can I send you our sincere apologies, but given the long range weather forecast for our area, I feel convinced my decision is the best for everyone.
Meanwhile, we hope to be welcoming you to a lovely Welsh evening in April, but please contact us with any queries, or a change of booking that may suit you best.
With my sincere thanks for your understanding.
Best wishes
Angela
