Join Angela to create a classic summer Italian feast to take home for a fabulous supper. Throughout the day you will expand you preparation skills and cooking techniques making risotto, pasta, marinading, hot smoking and much more. All the recipes can be easily replicated at home and are perfect for relaxed entertaining. See you in class, Ciao!
Your menu:
* Arancini- little risotto balls filled with mozzarella and basil with a Roasted Tomato Sauce
* Hot Smoked and Barbecued Porchetta
* Classic Caponata
* Summer Berry Tiramisu
* Fresh Tagliatelle with Broad Beans, Parma Ham, Slow Roasted Tomatoes and Pesto – Lunch
Please bring containers to transport your food home in-
- 1 x 1L container for the Arancini and sauce ( a small jar)
- We will wrap the pork
- 1 x 500ml container for the Caponata
- We will provide a container for your Tiramisu
