Here is your menu-
- Mezze- Hummus with Preserve Lemon; Lebneh with Sumac; Carrot, Orange and Mint Salad
- Flat Bread with Fennel and Nigella Seeds
- Chicken Pastilla (slow cooked spiced chicken baked in fillo)
- Fragrant Salad with Fresh Herbs, Pomegranate and Feta
- Stuffed Apricots with Pistachio, Rose and Orange Flower Syrup
- Lunch will be Barbecued Lamb with Ras el Hanout; Mezze and Flatbread.
Please bring the following to take your food home in-
- 3 x 300ml containers for the mezze
- 1 x large sheet of foil for your flat breads
- 1 x 12″ round or square plate or container for the pastilla
- 1 x 8″ plate or container for the salad
- 1 x 8″ plate or container for the apricots
