GOURMET BARBECUE COURSE

BBQ heaven awaits you at the Cookery School. Angela has designed a range of courses so that you can cook al fresco all year round. You will learn how to create a range of rubs, marinades, glazes and how to brine. You will then apply a range of classic barbecue skills – grilling, roasting, baking and hot smoking to produce a stunning lunch and some take home treats.
Here is our Autumn inspired menu-
- Flat Bread with Courgette Ribbons, Garlic and Parmesan
- Marinated Vegetables with Green Olive Salsa
- Hot Smoked Fish with Aromatic Rub- Lunch
- Potato Gratin- Lunch
- Low ‘n’ Slow cooked Pork with Honey,Dijon and Citrus Glaze
- Sticky Spiced Plum Cake
- You will also make a rub and a glaze to take home
Please bring the following to take home your food-
- 1x large sheet of foil for your flat bread
- 1x 500ml container or a plate for the vegetables + a small jar for the salsa
- 1x large sheet of foil or a large container for the pork
- We will supply the container for your dessert
