Queen of the Pop Ups creates a celebratory evening to showcase her new book.

This evening brings together some of the highlights from Angela’s newly released Autumn Collection publication, hot off the press and personally signed for every guest, Angela has chosen a few of her favourite recipes to form a stunning feast for her guests. It’s the perfect evening out with friends and a great way to celebrate, so why not join us?

The team will create an informal and relaxed dining room where you will be treated to a rolling feast starting with delicious canapés and fizz.   Expect non-stop indulgence and a fabulous foodie atmosphere!

Salt Duck with Pickled Damson; Autumn Nut Pesto Toasts

Pre-Starter
Spiced Butternut Squash Velouté with Crab Salad Shot

Starter
Agnolotti – Pasta bags filled with Creamed Potato, Truffle, Porcini and Parmesan with a Roasted Leek and Mushroom Salad

Main Course
Roman Style Chicken – Hot Smoked on the BBQ with Saffron and Honey Glaze, Roasted Figs and Grapes; served with Creamed Polenta and Autumn Greens

Dessert
Soft Meringue Stack with Wild Blackberry, Apple and Bay Rippled Cream, Apple Crisps and Crème de Mure Sauce
