You will prepare and cook the following:
- Celebrate- Whole Chinese Duck cooked on the BBQ with a Double Glaze
- To go with- Winter Greens with Toasted Peanuts, Garlic and Sesame
- Increased Prosperity- Steamed Chinese Fish with Stir-fried Noodles – Lunch
- For Luck- delicious dumplings- we will turn this into a soup
- For Wealth- Little Spring Rolls
Please bring the following to take your food home-
- A large sheet of foil for your duck
- 1x 500ml container for the Greens
- 1 x 1L container for Dumplings and soup
- 1 x 500ml container for the spring rolls
