COOKING THE SUMMER BOOK WITH ANGELA

This day is all about creating a delicious menu to entertain friends and Angela will show you how it can all be prepared in advance. Throughout the day, you will learn some of the inside tips and skills from the professional kitchen as you prepare and cook the menu. All the recipes are straight from the pages of Angela’s Summer Collection Book and you will each receive a signed copy at the end of the course.
The menu Angela has chosen is as follows:-
- Courgette Fritters with Tzatziki
- Ballotine of Chicken with Pesto and Parma Ham Stuffing
- Slow Roasted Tomatoes with Herbs de Provence
- Peach Melba Cheesecake
- Hot Smoked Ham cooked on the BBQ with a Peach Glaze, Summer Slaw and Pembrokeshire Potato Salad- Lunch
Please bring the following to take your dishes home in:
- 2 x litre containers for the fritters
- 1 x 250ml jar for the tzatziki
- We will wrap your chicken
- 1 x large plate/cake box or tin for your cheesecake
and slow roasted tomatoes
