MASTERCLASS SPECIAL: SEAFOOD

We have introduced some Special Masterclasses for 2016.  Sharpen up your knife skills as you prepare the catch of the day.  De-scale, gut, fillet, pin-bone and skin a variety of fish.  Then prepare some seasonal shellfish.  Learn how to cook some classic simple dishes to perfection.

Typical dishes may include

  • Goan Curry
  • Baked fish Provencal
  • Soused fish with red onions and spices
  • Pickled fish salad
  • Tempura
