BAKED TO PERFECTION

Enjoy a fabulous day baking with us and a little help from Neff technology. This is a great course to learn the foundations of baking and the skills needed to reach perfection. Bake and take home a wonderful feast of treats, plus Angela will demonstrate a delicious savoury leek rarebit tart for lunch.

Here is your baking menu – be sure to bring appropriate containers to safely transport everything home.

* Green olive and feta muffins

* Tear and share bread topped with gremolata (herbs, garlic, chilli and olive oil)

* Lemon crusted shortbread

* Chocolate orange tartlets

* Classic carrot cake with cream cheese frosting
