We just love the world of spices and so do you as we have added this second Curries of the World due to popular demand.
On this course Angela will take you on a trip around the world with a spice aroma session where you can enjoy the essential oil characteristics each of them can bring to a dish.
You will then get busy roasting and blending some classic combinations to make 4 amazing, authentic curries all from scratch. You will take home everything you make, plus you will also make a fabulous lunch together.
This is your menu:
- South India- Vegetable Curry with Lentils and Dosa Pancakes
- Pakistan- Lamb Passanda
- Thailand- Green Curry with Fish
- Britain- Chicken Tikka Masala and Perfect Rice, fresh chutneys and naan-Lunch
Please bring the following to take home your feast-
- 3 x 1L containers
- We will wrap your pancakes and any relishes.
