Here is the menu for the day:
- Coca Bread: Catalan Bread with roasted vegetables, olives, grapes and cheese (this will also be served for lunch with delicious summer salads)
- Pissaladiere Tart: Provencal tart made with soft onions, summer herbs, slow roasted tomatoes, topped with a herb and Parmesan crumb
- Tomato, Date and Green Bean Baklava
- Green Goddess Hummus and Middle Eastern Roasted Aubergines
Please bring 1 large sheet of foil for your bread; 1 x 10″ dinner plate/cake box or tin for your tart; 1 500g container for your aubergines and we will provide containers for your Baklava and Hummus.
