- Angela will demonstrate Pissaladiére, you will then create your own to take home.
- Angela will demonstrate a Soup au Pistou- This will be served for lunch with a Fresh Baked Pissaladiére which she will demonstrate.
- Slow Cooked Summer Beef Daube with Provencal tomatoes and sweet peppers
- Summer Strawberry Tart with Pistachio and Cassis Sauce
Please bring the following containers to take your food home safely-
A large plate or cloth bag for the bread
1 x 2L container for the beef
1 plate/tin/cake box for an 8” tart
