In this class I will bring together some amazing Lebanese inspired flavour mixes to form some of my favourite dishes.
It’s healthy, super fresh and will give you so many ideas to adapt to your everyday cooking. I am excited for you to join me for this culinary work out. See you in Class – Angela x
Menu:
Fattet – Hummus with Spiced Chickpeas, Toasted Pine Nuts
Manakish Flatbread with Za’atar
Lamb Kibbeh- a casing of aromatic lamb and fine bulgar, stuffed with herbs, pomegranate and feta
Fatoush – Herbs and roasted tomato salad with crispy flatbread shards
Your lunch will be Pomegranate Chicken with Freekeh Salad
Please bring the following to take your delicious food home:
2 x 1L containers
1 dinner plate for the Hummus dish
