Menu-
Angela’s will demonstrate her delicious seasonal Minestrone with Pangrattata and mixed Crostini- this will be your lunch
The you will make the following
- Fresh Papradelle (wide ribbon pasta)
- Autumn Nut Pesto
- Arista with Rosemary (Pork Loin) with Autumn Roasted Vegetables in a Rich Tomato Sauce
- Amaretti and Lemon Pudding
Please bring the following containers to take your food home:
- 1 x 1L container for your pasta
- 1 x 200ml container for the pesto
- We will provide a foil for your pork and a container for your sauce
- We will provide a baking foil for your pudding
