COOK THE BOOK – BREAD

This course will reflect the excitement of Angela’s new Bread Cookery Book, which will be published in Summer 2022. Come and join her and enjoy making a wonderful array of different breads to take home.

The recipes are classics from around the world and will explore different techniques and skills.   Each guest will receive a signed copy of the Book on the day and you will make the following-

  • Catalan Coca Bread- Angela will also demonstrate this and serve it for lunch with delicious seasonal salads.
  • Irish Soda Bread with Honey and Oats
  • Focaccia al Rosmarino, as seen in photo here- credit Huw Jones
  • Cottage Loaf
  • Man’ouche with Za’atar
