Celebrate the best of Welsh on St.David’s Day as we bring together a plethora of seasonal Welsh ingredients. Make the following feast to take home and share:

Mini Welsh cheesecake with Pantysgawn goat’s cheese and Perl Las, with a onion sticky onions.
Seafood plate with smoked trout, Pembrokeshire crab, candied leeks, crisp local cured bacon & laver gnocchi.
Slow cooked Welsh lamb in Cariad wine and spring pesto croutons.
Yoghurt & Welsh honey mousse with rhubarb and stem ginger granita.
Little Welsh butter tarts.
