CLASSIC PASTA & SAUCES

Mama Mia!! Join us for an Italian kitchen special where you will make fresh pasta and turn it into some classic dishes using Tortellini, Tagliatelle and Pappardelle.  We will also make a classic Carbonara, a Pesto, a Ragu and a full flavoured butter. It’s all in a fun filled days’ work. See you in class, here is your menu:-

  • Tortellini filled with spinach, Ricotta, Parmesan and Pine nuts
  • Parsley and Lemon Butter
  • Classic Tagliatelle Carbonara – Lunch
  • Hand Cut Pappardelle with Spring Wild Garlic Pesto
  • Classic Spiced Tomato Ragu

Please bring the following containers for your food:

  • 1 x 500g container for Tortellini
  • We will provide a container for your pesto and pappardelle
  • 1 x 300ml pot/container for your Ragu sauce
