SKILL BUILDER: BREAD

Learn how to make a great basic white dough and turn it into a Farmhouse Style Tin Loaf and some Seeded Rolls. Also, make a delicious Italian Focaccia with onion and Herbs and some Bread Sticks with Rosemary and Parmesan. You will take everything you make home to enjoy.
Your tutor will demonstrate all the skills necessary for creating the perfect crust and you will get to taste all the goodies.
Please bring a basket or cloth bag to take your bread home in. See you in class!
