* Italian flat bread with courgette, garlic and 2 cheeses.
* Fresh hand made pasta with little roasted tomatoes and pesto dressing.
* Slow cooked Italian pork with herbs, garlic and wine with creamed canelinnin beans.
* Angela will prepare fish with salsa verde for lunch.
* Make a summer berry tiramisu for dessert.
