Menu:
- Souvlaki (marinated chicken kebabs)
- Flatbreads and Tzatziki – We will serve this for lunch with the souvlaki, and chips – there will be extras to take home
- Keftedes – Greek Meatballs in a rich tomato sauce, finished with feta
- Spanikopita (delicious spinach and feta pie)
- Kadaifi dessert with Pistachio and Rosewater
All recipes and notes will be sent via email following the class
Please bring 2 x 1L containers. We will wrap your flatbread and you will need a plate for your dessert.
