- Manakish Flatbread with Za’ata
- Muhammara – A delicious mezze dip with Roasted Red Peppers, Onions, Garlic, Walnuts and Smoked Paprika
- Marinated Feta
- Sweet Spiced Lamb with Aromatic Saffron Rice
- Seasonal Fish and Prawns in Spicy Tomato Sauce with Roasted Carrots and Labneh – this will be your lunch

Please bring the following to take your delicious food home: 3 dinner plates, 2 x 500g containers for lamb and rice, we will wrap your flat breads.
