What a lovely way to spend the day, uninterrupted, so that you can create the perfect bakes to take home and enjoy with friends and family. Angela has chosen a few classics to broaden your skills from making the perfect sponge cake, creating the best cookies, to creating a traditional tin loaf. Angela will share lots of inside tips that will help build your confidence as you work through the day.
Your Menu:
- The Perfect Celebration Cake – first create a delicious lemon sponge cake, then fill with a luxurious lemon curd and mascarpone swirl. Then create a smooth finish with a white chocolate frosting and finish with Funfetti!
- Delicious Biscoff Stuffed Cookies – my goodness these are good!
- Traditional Milk Loaf from Angela’s Bread Book – great for sandwiches and toast.
- Angela will also demonstrate a lovely Savoury Baklava using seasonal vegetables, harissa, chickpeas and dates; this will be served with seasonal sides for lunch.
All recipes and notes will be sent following the course.
Please bring suitable containers to take your food home – a box/tin for your cake; a tin/container for your cookies and we will wrap your bread.
