Join Angela for a master class in making pastry.  Learn the basic skills in producing a range of versatile pastries and turn them into delicious eats.  Angela has included some of her favourtie dishes to share with you, so you will take home some true classics.  Here’s what’s in store:-

  • Shortcrust – Make a Savoury Tartlet with Winter Greens, Goat’s Cheese and Toasted Hazelnuts. This will be your lunch and you will have a couple to take home too!
  • Sucree – French Apple Tart with Welsh Cider (From Angela’s Book)
  • Rough Puff – Spiced Chicken and Chorizo Rolls
  • Choux – Paris Brest
  • Hot water Crust – Mini Pork Pies

What a lineup! Please bring the following containers to deliver your goodies home safely:-

  • A plate or tin for 3 tartlets
  • A large plate or cake tin for the apple tart
  • A container for 12 small chicken rolls
  • A large plate or tin for the Paris Brest
  • A container for 6 mini pork pies
