- Rough Puff – Spiced Chicken and Chorizo Rolls
- Choux – Paris Brest
- Hot water Crust – Mini Pork Pies
What a lineup! Please bring the following containers to deliver your goodies home safely:-
- A plate or tin for 3 tartlets
- A large plate or cake tin for the apple tart
- A container for 12 small chicken rolls
- A large plate or tin for the Paris Brest
- A container for 6 mini pork pies
