Summer tabouleh with apricots and orange flower.
Courgette and summer herb fritters.
Spring onion and feta Bouikos.
Lebeneh.
Chicken pastilla (shredded chicken with ras el hanout spices cooked in fillo).
Angela will demonstrate slow-cooked pomegranate and date molasses lamb and pitta breads which will be your lunch.
Saffron and lemon syrup cake.
