Master the art of the charcoal barbecue on our fantastic four-hour course. Whether you’re just getting started or already have plenty of experience, this course is perfect for charcoal enthusiasts. Under the guidance of our expert chefs, you’ll discover all the essential skills you need to explore a world of authentic barbecue flavour, from lighting to the different cooking techniques and how to control your temperature for a consistent cook.
To put these techniques to the test, you’ll rustle up a menu of delicious seared, roasted, smoked and baked recipes using the iconic 57cm kettle, innovative Smokey Mountain Cooker™ and the new Summit™ Charcoal. From pulled pork to smoked chicken, pot bread and chocolate cake, with each dish, you’ll get to know a little more about the full potential of the Weber® charcoal range.
The menu will include:
- Bruschetta with tomatoes, basil and garlic
- Bruschetta with pulled pork
- Smoked chicken breast
- Surf ‘n’ turf
- Veal rump with pommes Anna, onion puree and grilled vegetables
- Smoked camembert
- Pot bread
- Chocolate cake with grilled lemon mascarpone cream
