Example evening:-
- Roasting and blending spices
- How to make a classic masala paste then a chicken curry
- How to make a classic dal dish, and how to temper it to finish
- How to make Vegetable Pakora, to eat in class with delicious chutneys
Please bring:-
- A 400ml container for the curry dish
- A 300ml container for the side dish
We will wrap up a few of pakoras and a chutney for you to take home too!
