Once everything is prepared you will then make a few classic seafood dishes.
- Goan Seafood Curry
- Fish in a Bag Supper
- Hot Smoked fish
- Potted Seafood
- Frito Misto with Salsa Verde and Winter Salad
Please bring with you the following containers to take your food home in:-
- A 600ml container for the curry
- A smaller container or plate for your smoked fish
- Note- We will provide the foil for your fish in a bag and a container for your potted seafood.
