* Rich roasted tomato, mozzarella and basil kibbeh (a flat, baked bulgar wheat delicacy- totally delicious!)
* Hot smoked Barbecued salmon with green olive salsa- Lunch
* Summer herb salad with orange, and toasted almonds-Lunch
* Ballotine of chicken with Parma ham and Genovese pesto
* Roasted vegetable salad with green beans
* Summer berry tart with lemon cream and Crème de Cassis
Please bring containers for the following-
A dinner plate for the kibbeh
1 large container for the whole chicken
a small container for your roasted vegetable salad
A flat plate or cake box/tin for an 8” tart
