Hot off the press and personally signed for every guest, Angela has chosen a few of her favourite recipes from her book to form a stunning feast for her guests. * Lobster and Smoked Salmon with Micro Salad
* Blood Orange and Pomegranate Salad with Black Olives (vegetarian option)
* Mini Luxury Beef Parcel with Wild Mushrooms Porcini and Truffle. Winter Greens, Candied Carrot.
* Torta di Rissoto (vegetarian option)
* Midnight Pear with Chai Shortbread and Caramel Ice Cream
