Angela Cooks The Book!

This is a very special book launch event with a delicious supper cooked by Angela to celebrate her recipes from the Winter collection. Angela is at last going to print again with a sumptuous feast of her best loved recipes from her 35 year career and her time at the School. Graffeg will be publishing a series of five books, four will be based on the seasons with the fifth being a very special collection of recipes featured over the years at her infamous “Festive Kitchen” events. They will be hardback and contemporary, each featuring around 30 recipes which will together form a stylish collectable box set. The first book will feature Winter inspired recipes with all important pictures by photographer Huw Jones. The launch date is set for October 1st and we will be marking the occasion with a very special Pop-Up Restaurant on October 8th. The menu on the evening will, of course feature recipes from the book and Angela will be signing copies in between cooking and serving supper!
