ANGELA’S SPICE FEAST

9.30am–3.30pm
You will roast, pound and ground a plethora of spices in this class and make a selection of taster dishes to take home and enjoy. You will also take home a pot of each spice blend you have made to use at home.
Lunch is included and will feature one of the dishes listed below with sides.
Menu:
- Chat Masala – make Sweet Potato Chat
- Ras el Hanout – make Lamb Tagine. We will serve this for lunch with a citrus and coriander Cous Cous and there will also be a portion for you to take home
- Chinese 5 Spice – make Duck Spring Rolls and Plum Sauce
- Garam Masala – Chana Masala
- Duqqa – with labneh
Please note, we will pot up your spice blends, but please bring 3 x 1L containers and a 500ml container to transport your food home.
