- Roman Style Chicken- Hot smoked and roasted on our barbecues, finished with a lemon, saffron and honey glaze
- Slow Roasted Tomatoes with Herbs de Provence
- Summer Risotto with Peas, Beans, Fresh Pesto flood and Parmesan Crisp
- Tart aux Fraise- Strawberry Tart filled with Creme Patisserie, topped with glazed summer strawberries
Please bring the following to take your food home-
- 1 x 500g container for your tomatoes
- 2 large sheets of foil for your bread and chicken
- 1 x 10 inch plate/tin or box for your tart
