BAKED TO PERFECTION – Classic Pastry

What a lovely way to spend the day, uninterrupted, so that you can create the perfect bakes to take home and enjoy with friends and family. Angela has chosen a few classics to broaden your skills and build your confidence as you work through the day.
This is what we will make:-
- Rough Puff Pastry- Apple and Custard Turnovers
- Classic Shortcrust – Rarebit Tart- we will serve this for lunch with a delicious Winter Salad
- Hot Water Crust – Raised Rare Breed Pork Pie
- Choux Pastry – Paris Brest- Creme Patisserie and Praline filling, finished with toasted almonds and icing sugar
- Please bring suitable containers to take your goodies home in
