We met Claire Clark at the Abergavenny Food Festival this year and she just blew us away with her masterclass. Claire reigns supreme in her field with a career that has taken her to some of the most prestigious restaurants, hotels and event caterers. She leaves an impressive trail from world-class hotels to the House of Commons and Le Cordon Bleu culinary institute. Her outstanding ability has been recognised with the Meilleur Ouvrier de la Grande-Bretange (MOGB), the highest recognition of professional excellence. In addition to this, in both 1999 and again in 2005, Claire was awarded the title of Best Pastry Chef by the well-regarded industry publication.

So we were thrilled when Claire agreed to join us at Llanerch and we have devised a very special day at the school as she demonstrates in her own unique style and range of inspirational patisserie and cakes. Get ready to be wowed and learn some inside tips and secrets in creating stunning desserts and cakes. The day will include welcome drinks with mini patisserie and a two course lunch featuring a dessert designed by Claire. After the demonstration, all Claire’s creations will be raffled for charity and she will be signing copies of her fabulous book 80 Cakes From Around The World.
