Work through the day to produce a range of breads to take home and freeze. We will be drawing influences from around the world to inspire our bread basket. Here’s what’s on the menu:-
- Chilli and Corn Bread – USA
- Focaccia – Italy
- Traditional Farmhouse -UK
- Coca – Spain
- Cinnamon Buns -Denmark
Angela will demonstrate a delicious Turkish bread Lahmacun, topped with spiced ground lamb with a Winter Salad for your lunch.
Please bring a large box or basket to deliver your bread home safely- see you in class bakers!
