You will roast and blend spices to form the pastes, marinades, rubs and finishes for your dishes. You will also use a good range of preparation skills and cooking techniques, so all in all a fabulous day.

- Japan – Chicken Katsu Curry
- North India – Malai Kofta Curry
- Thailand – Red Thai Beef Curry
- UK- Chicken Tikka Masala for lunch, served with fragrant Pilau (we will pack some rice for you to take home), Green Chutney, Roti
