CLASSIC DESSERTS (FREEZABLE)

Angela invites you to a special class where you will learn how to make the perfect dessert pastry, whisk up the lightest meringue, whip together a classic sponge and roll out amazing buttery shortbread. Everything can be packed up, taken home and popped in the freezer ready for a special occasion. Here’s the fabulous menu-

* Tarte au chocolat (wonderful with raspberries)

* Rose meringue roulade with summer berries and Chantilly cream

* Orange and saffron syrup cake

* Various flavoured shortbread to accompany fresh fruit desserts

The day includes lunch, a delicious savoury summer tart with salads.

Please bring suitable cake boxes/tins to take home your desserts-

10” box for the tart

12” long plate, board for the meringue

10”box/tin for the cake

A container for16 shortbread
