- Seafood Plate with 3 sauces- Hollandaise, Romesco and Salsa Verde (Lunch)
- Caribbean Salt Fishcakes with Salsa
- Hot Smoked Fish with Coriander and Chilli Relish
Please bring the following containers with you:-
- 300ml pot for fish stock
- 600ml pot for Asian Broth
- 1 dinner plate or container for the round Pastilla
- 1 container for the fish cakes + small pot for the salasa
- 1 container for the smoked fish fillet + pot for the relish
