* A classis Fish Stock
* Asian Broth with Crab and Prawn Wontons
* 3 sauces- Hollandaise, Romesco and Salsa Verde
* Seafood plate for lunch featuring poached fish fillet, crab bon bons, laverbread gnocchi, roasted leek and samphire salad.
* Moroccan Fish Pastilla
* Caribbean Salt Fish Cakes
Please bring the following to transport your food home in-
* 600ml container for the soup
* 1 plate of tin for the pastilla (this is filo pastry)
* 1L container for the salt fish cakes
We will provide some pots for the sauces
