Join us for a great day preparing and cooking a range of classic fish dishes. This is a feast for the senses and will help you put some oomph into your everyday cooking. Learn knife and cooking skills, the flavours that fish love and take home a fabulous feast.
Explore spice- Seafood Masala with coconut and spinach.
Explore marinades- gin and citrus cured salmon.
Explore heat- Mexican fishcakes with chilli, coriander and lime.
Explore aromas- Fragrant Chinese style broth with prawn and crab wontons.
Classic poached fish with asparagus and samphire with a mousseline sauce.
Angela will also demonstrate some classic cooking methods with different fish which you will get to taste in class with delicious sauces and relishes.
