Explore aromas- Fragrant Chinese style broth with prawn and crab wontons.
Classic poached fish with asparagus and samphire with a mousseline sauce.
Angela will also demonstrate some classic cooking methods with different fish which you will get to taste in class with delicious sauces and relishes.
