- Make a great stock
- Slow cooked Crispy Duck with Leek Pancake Wraps and Mango Salsa
- Duck Breast with Green Peppercorn Sauce
- Hot Smoked Ham with Chipotle Glaze, Sweet Potatoes and Slaw (Lunch)
- Slow Cooked Pork and Chorizo Casserole
Please bring the following with you to take home your feast:-
- 1 container for the crispy duck
- 1 container for 400ml stock
- 1 poly-bag for the pancake wraps
- 1 container for 2 duck breasts and sauce
- 1 900ml container for the pork casserole
We will wrap up some slices of ham for you to take home too. See you in class!
