COOK THE BOOK – BREAD

The recipes are classics from around the world and will explore different techniques and skills. Each guest will receive a signed copy of the Book on the day and you will make the following-
- Catalan Coca Bread- Angela will also demonstrate this and serve it for lunch with delicious seasonal salads.
- Irish Soda Bread with Honey and Oats

- Man’ouche with Za’atar
