COOK THE BOOK – BREAD

The recipes are classics from around the World and will explore different techniques and skills.
Each guest will receive a signed copy of the Book on the day and you will make the following menu:
- Catalan Coca Bread – this will be your lunch with a delicious salad
- Irish Soda Bread with Honey and Oats
- Focaccia al Rosmarino
- Cottage Loaf
- Man’ouche with Za’atar
