COOKSTART ACADEMY: RESTAURANT COURSE (Level Two, aged 10+)

Wed 10am–2pm, Thurs 2pm onwards
Both days are layered with skills in both the kitchen and front of house which are equally important in the exercise of running a restaurant. Our menu is Italian inspired and everyone will get involved in the following-
- Handmade Italian breads, selected Vom Fass Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar
- Handmade Lasagne al Forno
- Handmade farfalle (bows) with peas and cheese (available for young ones)
- Mixed salad
- Summer berry Zabaglione trifle with “Nut Cracker” Liqueur and cantuccini
- (Non alcoholic version available for little ones)
Wednesday 08 April, 10am–2pm
Thursday 09 April, 2pm-5pm
Thursday 09 April, 6pm onwards.
£120 per child for both days.
