* Start the day: Maximise your energy – we will look at making muesli, different milks and sweeteners and the merits of going to work on an egg. You will make Turkish eggs with lebneh and chilli oil
* “Get Well Broth”- using organic chicken- turn into an Asian style broth with vegetable wontons
* Thai salad with chicken and peanuts
* One-pot mixed grain pilaf with spices, seasonal vegatables, feta, fresh herbs and sumac
* Raw chocolate salami – sugar and dairy free, makes a deliciously rich raw chocolate, coconut, fruit and nut salami full of natural goodness.
