Arrival and welcome: House Fizz Cocktail/virgin version

On the Table:
Mezze Together Platter – Lavash Crisp Bread, Herby Hummus, Muhammara, Pickles on skewers

Followed by:
Seafood Shells- An interpretation of Coquilles St. Jacques served as mini-Vol-au-vents
Marinated Cheese Melts on Toast with Roasted Leek

Hot Mains:
Middle Eastern Lamb Fillo Rolls
Roasted Squash and Ricotta Wontons with Spiced Winter Tomato Sauce
Chicken en Croute This will be served as a taster in little puff pastry rolls.

Sweet Treat Trio:
Mont Blanc Mini Meringue
Mini Caribbean Black Cake
Shot Glass Nutmeg and Clementine Ice Cream

Bar open throughout the evening and we will be offering some other baked goodies and other preserves for you to purchase, both on the evening and as a pre-ordering service.
