Join us for a full day of festive fun starting at 10am with-

  • Mini Chocolate and Cranberry Tartlets

Then it’s showtime as Angela takes to the Kitchen to present her annual feast of showstoppers designed to please the crowds throughout the holidays and get you inspired and ready in advance!  Everything produced will be entered into the most amazing culinary raffle together with a few surprise gifts from Angela.

It’s the perfect day out with friends, so get organised and book your places a.s.a.p. to avoid disappointment!

Demonstration 1

  • Hot Smoked Side of Salmon with Chilli, Coriander and Lemon Rub, Pickled Winter Relish
  • Brecon Gin and Citrus Cured Side of Salmon with a Mustard and Herb Cream Dressing
  • Potted Welsh Cheese Pate with Grape and Fig Molasses- Crisp Breads
  • Boxing Day Terrine with Pickled Pears

Break

 Demonstration 2

  • Ballotine of Goose stuffed with Cured Ham, Chicken, Smoked Sausage and Brandied Apricots and Cherries. Potted Apple and Sage Butter
  • Luxury Individual Beef en Croute with Truffle, Porcini and Foi Gras
  • Hot Smoked Ham with Chipotle and Maple glaze
  • Fillo Wrapped Posh Fish Pies Topped with soufflé Potato (Lunch- vegetarian version available)
  • Beautiful Winter Vegetable Curry with Coconut and Curry leaves

Break with Bubbles and Canapés

  • Hot and Cured Salmon Crostini
  • Potted Cheese on Mini Crisp Breads with Grape and Fig Molasses
  • Festive Terrine Bon Bons

And Finally – Demonstratioin 3

  • Steamed Ginger Pudding with Bitter Chocolate and Orange Sauce and a Caramel Crumb
  • Triple Layer Chocolate Truffle Cake with Pizzaz!
  • Angela’s Brandy infused Jalousie

Lunch

  • Individual posh fish pies, winter greens, candied butternut and sauce mousseline
  • Vegetarian version available with candied squash, chestnuts and sage
  • Individual ginger pudding with bitter chocolate and orange sauce and caramel crumb
