We are very much looking forward to welcoming you to our Festive Saturday Morning Extravaganza on Saturday 3rd December.

Here is the detail of my demonstrations, which I hope you will enjoy. We will certainly be treating you to some wonderful tasters throughout and hopefully lots of delicious ideas for Christmas.

On arrival: Welcome refreshments and:

• Winter Herb and Mature Cheese Sables
• Little Spiced Ginger Madeleines

Demonstration 1 –

• The Festive Tucci – A little cocktail fun – cheers!
• Layered Seafood Rillettes, served in a jar with crisp breads and pickles
• Savoury Cheesecake with Pickled Pineapple Chutney
• Roasted Leek, Mushroom, Porcini and Truffle Pithiviers

Demonstration 2 –

• Ballotine of Duck
• All the Sides: Devils on Horseback, Stuffing Muffins and Pomegranate Cabbage

Demonstration 3 –

• Stuffed Golden Pears
• Spiced Ginger Cake with Rum Syrup and Candied Fruits
• Festive Apple Pie with Eggnog Cream

Tasters during demonstrations –

• Devils on Horseback
• Leek and Mushroom money bags
• Cheesecake with pickle
• Apple Pie

Infamous Raffle of the Showstopper Demonstration dishes

There will also be lots of Christmas Showstopper raffle prizes to win, so please do bring your £1 coins to participate. The proceeds go towards several amazing Charities we support throughout the year.

You may buy drinks on the day, and we will be offering some other limited baked goodies and other preserves for you to purchase. However, these will be on a first come, first-serve basis, so may I suggest that you pre-order some of your favourites, so that you are not disappointed on the day? We will email you the details of how you may pre-order prior to the event.
